Utilizando los Ipads, navegaremos por la obra "Los días azules" de Fernando Vallejo y descubriremos a través del hipertexto las cientos de posibilidades para disfrutar la lectura y la escritura.

Un traductor

Hablemos de iTranslate, ese traductor para iPad que tiene en su haber más de 30 millones de descargas. Es un traductor que reconoce más de 50 idiomas y además puedes dictarle. Esto supone tres cosas, la primera que tienes que pagar por este paquete 2,39€ la segunda que gracias a esto puedes traducir sin escribir y la tercera y la más interesante es que puedes practicar tu idioma. Si te reconoce correctamente vas por buen camino
La versión gratuita tiene anuncios pero si los quieres quitar simplemente tienes que comprar la versión de pago que cuesta 1,59€
Por 3,98€ tienes iTranslate para iPad sin anuncios y con reconocimiento de voz.

 

Para estudiar los Phrasal Verbs en el iPad

Esos dichosos PhrasalVerbs que tanto hicieran que me doliera la cabeza. Sin duda una de las cosas más difíciles y complicadas del inglés. Con esta aplicación para el iPad de PhrasalVerbs. Tiene una lista de phrasal verbs y además tiene dos tipos de ejercicios.

              

 Curso de idiomas para iPad

Supongo que muchos conoceréis a Busuu pero para los que no tenéis ni idea de lo que significa esa palabra simplemente deciros que es una academia de varios idiomas al alcance de tu mano en el iPad.
Hay paquetes de Chino, Inglés, Francés, Alemán, italiano…incluso Ruso, Turco y Portugués.
La descarga es gratuita ocupa unos 20 megas cada descarga y la ampliación del paquete, que es un nuevo nivel, cuesta 3,99€.

Gramatica de inglés en el iPad

El conocido British Council ha sacado una aplicación para estudiar la gramática inglesa en el iPad, Learn English grammar. Cuatro niveles Beginner, Elementary, Intermediate y Advanced. Bajarse la aplicación es gratuita pero los paquetes cuestan 0,79€ cada uno. El British Council ha invertido mucho ene ste tema ya que no solo cuenta son la aplicación de gramática, tiene también un wordbook, test, incluso una aplicación de LearnEnglish for Taxi Drivers .

2012 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine
Dr. John Gurdon and Dr. Shinya Yamanaka share the award in physiology or medicine for discovering that mature, specialized cells can be reprogrammed into immature cells capable of developing into all tissues of the body. Their key individual research findings into so-called stem cells were separated by 50 years.

Serge Haroche and David Wineland share the physics award for devising ways to study the strange world of quantum physics, a realm in which reality often defies logic, as in the ability of one particle to be in two places at the same time, or for it to behave as a particle sometimes and as a wave at other times. It is a world so fragile that mere observation can destroy the quantum particles under study.

Robert Lefkowitz and Brian Kobilka were awarded the Nobel in chemistry for research that looked at how the body communicates with itself, specifically how chemical messengers floating in the bloodstream are able to trigger tissues and organs to respond.

Atrévete a cruzar la Ruta del Conocimiento.

Cuando entras a una Biblioteca inicias un viaje lleno de posibilidades. Si abres bien tus ojos y aguzas tus sentidos, verás y escucharás en los estantes, en los exhibidores, sobre las mesas, en los computadores, cientos de diálogos, exhortaciones y reflexiones esperándote. Pero no es cualquiera que te lo está diciendo. No. Es el mismísimo Sócrates quien te habla; el ciego Borges quien te cuenta sus historias; el iluminado Darwin contándote de dónde venimos; o un premio nobel de economía, quien te explica por qué tener más dinero en el bolsillo no es ser más rico. Ni qué decir de Peter Drucker pontificando sobre esta sociedad del conocimiento. Como en esas películas de aventuras donde el mapa del tesoro nos lleva a descubrir unas riquezas insospechadas, el catálogo, las bases de datos, los índices de los libros, nos guían hacia la luz del conocimiento, riqueza incomparable.

Por eso hemos creado la Ruta del Conocimiento, Desafío Censei 2012. Para que la cruces con nosotros y encuentres que al final de este viaje de los libros y del conocimiento el mayor tesoro eres tú mismo, pero más inquisitivo, más inteligente, mejor persona.
